Looking for a garden layout with greenhouse space, pretty paths and plenty of planting beds? There’s lots to work with here, from little fenced plots to flower-filled gardens.
Some pictures focus on the beds or greenhouse interiors, so you can borrow the part that suits your own space.
You can keep things simple or go all out. I especially love the layouts with flowers tucked beside the vegetables.
Pick your favorite details, then leave room for getting between everything!
Greenhouse and garden layouts worth saving
a patchwork of planting beds
How fun are these angled beds? There’s no greenhouse in this picture, but the mix of small squares, long rectangles and clipped corners gives you plenty of planting layout inspo.
If you want to borrow this idea, mark out your greenhouse footprint first. Then arrange the smaller beds around the space you’ve left for paths.
a greenhouse inside the fence
We’re starting the greenhouse layouts with this cute fenced garden. I love the dark raised beds against the pale gravel.
The greenhouse sits toward one end, beside a straight path leading to the gate.

Keep an open patch beside the door like this if you’d like room for pots without filling the main walkway.
white flowers around the entrance
I am obsessed with this greenhouse entrance. The white flowers climb around the dark frame, with more blooms following the curve of the path.
You don’t need a greenhouse this grand to borrow the planting idea. Try white flowers along your approach and leave the doorway clear.
shelves above the growing beds
Want to see how the inside could come together? This greenhouse has a narrow central aisle with leafy beds below shelves of small plants.
Hanging baskets add another row overhead.

I love how much there is to look at. For your own version, leave enough space to reach the lower plants without bumping into the shelves.
vegetables flowers and a dining spot
This may just be one of my favorite gardens here. The greenhouse sits behind a collection of raised beds, with pink and purple flowers spilling along the edges.
Follow the stepping-stone path and there’s a dining area at the back too. Borrow that little connection if you want your growing space to feel like part of the rest of your garden.
a lean-to beside the shed
Don’t want a greenhouse standing in the middle of your garden? This attached design is a lovely alternative to consider.
The sloping roof sits against the taller building, with dark double doors opening onto the paving.
The little cluster of pots beside the entrance is so pretty. I’d keep that detail.
greenhouse and shed together
How cute is this greenhouse-and-shed combination? The white framing wraps around rows of potted plants, while the enclosed section has its own door beside it.
The raised beds in front mix leafy plants with orange flowers. Try a few flowers at the corners of your own beds if you want a similar splash of color.

a growing strip beside the lawn
If you love having an open lawn, this arrangement is worth a look. The greenhouse, raised beds and little bench area all sit along one gravel strip.

There are tall trees behind this garden, so check the sunlight in your own spot before copying the placement. You can borrow the layout without putting it right beside trees.
a planted island down the middle
I love the yellow flowers in the middle of this tunnel greenhouse. A long central bed leaves a walkway on either side, with more growing space along the edges.
There’s also a work surface on the left. If you’re planning an interior like this, decide where you’ll stand to tend each bed before filling the floor with plants.
a fountain on the approach
If you are looking for something a little more formal, this one is for you. A dark fountain sits along the approach to the white greenhouse, with planted beds on both sides.
My favorite part is the diamond-patterned paving near the doorway. The green lines between the pale squares are such a pretty detail.
small beds with window covers
Not ready for a walk-in greenhouse? These pictures show a smaller direction with covered growing beds instead. The upper image has leafy greens surrounded by snow. Below, the boxes are mostly bare beneath raised window-style lids, with a little greenery in the right-hand box.
Treat this as cold-frame inspiration rather than a promise of winter harvests. What you can grow will depend on your plants and local conditions.
a compact enclosed plot
The overhead view makes this little garden so easy to follow. The greenhouse occupies one side of the enclosure, with small beds around the edges and gravel left open between them.
I especially love the climbing greenery along the boundary. Keep the route from your gate to the greenhouse clear if you try a similar arrangement.
raised beds around the greenhouse
This is a lovely way to make the greenhouse part of the vegetable patch rather than a separate corner. Rectangular beds sit on either side, with tall plant supports rising from several of them.
The little blue shed at the back is adorable too. Try a painted shed nearby if you’d like a touch of color among all the greenery.
neat rows and a straight aisle
Don’t want to go all out with pots and shelves? No problem!
This interior keeps things simple with a straight paved aisle and growing sections on both sides.
The pale dividers make each patch easy to see. Plan the bed widths around what you can comfortably reach from the path.
hedged beds and crossing paths
I am obsessed with these little green borders. They outline the vegetable beds so neatly, with pale paths crossing between them and the greenhouse straight ahead.
The pots beside the central path are worth borrowing too. You could try a matching pair near your greenhouse door without recreating the whole formal garden.
a place to sit among the plants
Who says the whole greenhouse has to be planting beds? This one includes two rust-colored beanbag seats at the back, with tall potted plants along the aisle.
I love that little seating spot. If you want one of your own, set aside the space early rather than squeezing a chair into your walking route later.
a potting station at the back
This is one of my favorite interior details on the list. A dark potting station sits at the back of the greenhouse, with tools hanging above the work surface and baskets underneath.
The stepping stones lead straight through the open doorway. Keep that direct route if you’re planning to carry pots and supplies in and out.
wide paving between planted beds
If you like clearly separated planting areas, take a look at this arrangement. Long raised beds sit between paved paths, with a taller square planter near the greenhouse.
I love the rows of little purple flowers beside the greens. You could repeat one flower color through a few beds to borrow that detail.
trellises and lights along the fence
This is the same fenced garden shown earlier, so here’s another detail worth noticing. Tall dark trellises rise from several beds, with strings of lights following the boundary.
If you like this look, try repeating the same trellis shape in a few places. The purple flowers and pale pots are pretty finishing touches too.
a straight path through the plan
Last but definitely not least, we have this illustrated garden plan. The greenhouse and tidy rectangular beds sit on one side of the main path, with looser planting and a bench on the other.
I love how clearly it separates the two areas. Sketch your own path from the gate first, then try different positions for the greenhouse and beds around it.
