Looking for vendor table setup ideas that give you more room to show off your products? Stacked crates, little shelves and colorful signs give you plenty to work with.
These displays range from small tabletops to full booths, with details you can borrow for your own space.
You can keep it simple or go all out with a striped awning. Start with what you’re selling, then choose a few display pieces that let people see it clearly.
Vendor displays worth saving for your next market
stacked crates and a blank sign
We’re starting off strong with this stacked crate display. I love how the openings face different directions, with a shallow tray sitting on top of the crates.
For your own setup, use secured crates beside your table to display extra products. Add your shop name to a sign above them like the blank one here.
pink scallops and blue clouds
How cute is this pink and blue booth? The scalloped trim goes across the top while the cloud-covered backdrop carries the colors around the space.
Pink baskets and shelves continue the same look below. If you want to try something similar, pick your backdrop colors first, then repeat them in your smaller displays.
tall pegboards and open shelves
If you are looking for a display that keeps the colors simple, this one is for you. Pale pegboards stand behind open shelves filled with bowls, baskets and small plants.
There’s plenty of empty space on the boards in this setup-in-progress. You could use a similar backdrop for hanging products without filling every opening.
jewelry boards with butterflies
I am obsessed with the little butterflies on these jewelry displays. They’re such a cute addition to the tall rounded boards and necklace stands.
The green runner and orange flowers bring in more color. Keep shorter trays at the front if you want to follow this arrangement.
botanical bundles and little baskets
This botanical table may just be one of my favorites here. I love the flower-decorated pouches beside the baskets of dried stems. Those yellow candles are so pretty too.
Small clipped tags sit along the front edge. Try that detail if you want labels beside your products rather than a large sign in the middle.

red checks and colorful artwork
Don’t want to stick to plain white? No problem!
This red checked table covering looks so cute with the blue display pieces and pink flower-shaped shelf.
Clothing hangs above the table while cards and small items sit below. I’d keep the bright red side cart too if your booth has room for one.
candle rows at different heights
If you’re looking for table setup ideas for selling candles, save this one. Low rectangular risers hold rows of jars while a taller shelf displays more at the back.

I love how a few candles behind the front row sit under clear domes. The large shop banner across the table keeps the name separate from all those smaller product labels.
green ladders and long shelves
These green ladders are such a fun change from a standard shelving unit. Long shelves run between them, with small jars below and cards standing above.
The printed towels hanging along the side are my favorite detail. If you borrow this idea, make sure the ladders and shelves are secured before adding products.
small cups packed together
Sometimes the detail worth borrowing happens before the table is even set up. This photo shows a box packed with small clear lidded cups, each holding colorful contents.
For items suited to this packaging, you could set a small group in a shallow tray on your table. Add a clear label so shoppers know exactly what’s inside.
bright pink checkout sign
How cute is this glowing pink shop sign? The script stretches across the front of the counter, with small signs sitting up top.
Give your checkout spot its own little moment with a name sign on the front. Keep payment information on the countertop like the display here.
folded tees and hanging jerseys
This is a lovely way to show folded and hanging clothing together. Red and black stacks fill one side while dark jerseys hang on the other.
I especially love the caps displayed down the outside edge. Shelf labels and matching signs at the top finish this compact setup.
card racks and a print grid
Calling all illustration sellers, this little table has plenty to borrow. Tiered racks hold cards and stickers on the left, with larger prints clipped to the tall grid on the right.
The checked covering and illustrated banner are so cute together. Try raising your card rack on a crate like this if it needs a little extra height.
plants above and below
I love how this plant booth uses the space above the table too. Hanging pots fill the upper area while rows of smaller plants sit along the long display below.
Crates create another level near the ground. For your own booth, check what your canopy can support before adding hanging displays.
striped awning and cute characters
OMG, how adorable is this little storefront-style display? I am obsessed with the blue-and-white awning and the character peeking over the top.
The same blue appears on the signs and table banner. With so many colorful sticker sheets below, keeping those larger pieces coordinated is a detail I’d copy.
hanging cords and a coral runner
This freestanding rack is such a pretty way to show long knotted pieces beside a table. White designs hang on one side with rows of colorful cords beside them.
The coral runner carries that color onto the tabletop. Keep smaller pieces in trays and baskets like these rather than hanging everything.
books and little white pumpkins
Who says a book table has to be just stacks of books? This one mixes upright copies, a framed sign and little white pumpkins with a draped green covering.
I love the open display box on the left. Try showing one cover facing forward beside your rows of book spines.
red tables and festive lights
If you want to go all out for a holiday market, there’s plenty of inspo here. Red-covered tables line three sides of the booth, with lights and greenery overhead.
The center stays open while tall racks sit near the entrance. I’d keep that open route when planning a similar walk-in display.
stepped tabletop risers
Don’t want all your products sitting at the same height? This staged arrangement shows a simple alternative with dark rectangular risers stepping up toward the back.
The cake and drinks sit highest, with smaller treats below. Borrow the arrangement for your own products, keeping taller pieces behind shorter ones.
white displays and an open entrance
This is another walk-in booth, but it looks quite different from the red holiday setup. White-covered tables surround a large tan rug, with hanging pieces on the left and shelves on the right.
I love the baskets tucked beneath the shelving. The shop banner sits at the back where it doesn’t cover the displays.
neat rows and shallow trays
Last but definitely not least, we have this pretty pale blue table. I love how the shallow trays separate the round pieces, rectangular bars and small bottles.
The taller signs stay behind the products. Try the same arrangement if you want a tabletop display without lots of shelves.
